Project Balance is owned and operated by Amy Welp MEd, ATC a Board Certified Athletic Trainer with over 25 years experience. Amy has worked at every level ranging from professional athletes to Division I and II athletes. She has worked side by side with orthopedic surgeons both in and out of the operating room. Amy's vision is a facility that is geared towards women looking to get into shape or increase their fitness level safely. A place where women feel comfortable about who they are, an environment where women are supportive of each other... working out together, motivating and encouraging each other with a common goal.

Amy is passionate about fitness and wellness. At the age of 12, Welp was diagnosed with an an auto-immune disease along with other health conditions that she has learned to manage through fitness and nutrition.
Welp has experience over three decades long with cycles of diagnosis, disease, remission, setbacks, recovery and loss, but one thing has held true… hope.
Balance isn’t something you find… it’s something you create.
Achieving a lifestyle of balance on all levels physically, mentally, and emotionally is the foundation to Project Balance Health and Fitness. Welp is positive, empowering, and passionate: bringing total health to women in an environment that is judgement free, uplifting and customized to your journey.
