Come try a full body cardio kickboxing class. If knee strikes, kicks, and punches sound like a blast, give this total-body workout a try. You will punch, jab, and kick your way toward better balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. You'll slash stress, too.


Group Training


Group Training classes are different everyday. Not only will we be focused on different muscle groups but the style of training will change. We will train upper body, lower body, and core. We will challenge your balance, stability and your cardiovascular endurance. We will use weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, jump ropes, kettle bells, TRX, BOSU balls and so much more. Every day the workout will be structured differently so you are always challenged and never bored.
